In theory, our stainless steel sheet laser cutting process uses a motion control system to track CNC pattern cuts on components. It allows the focused laser beam to burn, melt, vaporize and blow away a stream of air.
This produces a super high quality finish on the edges of the stainless steel sheet. We generate laser beams by stimulating laser materials with electrical discharges. The laser component is amplified internally by partial specular reflection until it gains enough energy to escape as a vapor of coherent monochromatic light. Fast cutting speed:
HOTIGOLD adopts high-power laser head, the cutting speed of 8mm thick carbon steel is 1.6m/min; the cutting speed of 2mm thick stainless steel is 3.5m/min, the heat affected zone is small, and the deformation is extremely small. The raw material does not need to be clamped and fixed during laser cutting, which not only saves tooling and fixtures, but also saves the auxiliary time for loading and unloading.
